In today’s hectic world getting appointments on dental emergencies is merely not possible. After calling few dental clinics around us, we end up calling Perfect 32 dental office. Dr. Shakuntla herself took our call. She took the information and gave us immediate appointment to treat broken tooth which was cutting my tounge. She is very helpful person yet fully knowledgeable professional in her dental field. Guess what we found our family dental clinic so close to our residence. We highly recommend Dr. Shakuntla for any dental issue. Place is neat and clean feeling like you are in good hand when any dental issue arises. Keep it up!

Perfect 32 is the best dental office in DFW. The Doctor B. has wonderful personality and disposition. Assistant Jesse handles all the little things to make trip to the dentist more pleasant.
These ladies are beyond amazing. I have never met 2 ladies who loved their job more and it shows while they are dealing with their patients. Their kindness started from my initial phone call and continued through whole process. I hadn't been to dentist in 20 yrs and was visibly anxious. They explained everything as it was happening. Did everything they could to make me comfortable and calm. Made sure my pain was minimal and I left with my smile looking beautiful. In the end suggested another procedure which I'm feeling no worries about going back to have done. Love these ladies. If you need a dentist go see them!!!!

Dr. B and her staff are professional, compassionate, and very skilled. I’ve been coming here for years and have had several procedures done, including cleanings, fillings, wisdom teeth extractions, and a root canal, all of which were handled exceptionally well. This is by far the best dentistry team I have ever gone to, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent service with general cleaning, deep cleaning, crowns, and dental emergencies.
I had a dental emergency on the canines that troubled my jaw with a sore and food intake. Sakunthala treated me over a Saturday in urgency to immediately patch up the cavities and scheduled successive visits to fix the issue permanently. Overall very satisfactory and happy to have found a good dentist.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. the dentist, Dr. Sakunthala was very nice and communicative and also the other two staff (don’t know their names) amazing were as well. They’re all very comforting and informative as well. Giselle was really nice and caring, and was making sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure. They all went above and beyond.

Dr. Boppana did very well by me. I broke an old filling while flossing 2 days before I left on a cruise vacation. Her staff was able to get me in the same day to get the filling replaced. I couldn't be happier with the service and the friendly demeanor of Dr. B. I will be recommending her office to my family.

The staff went up and beyond to make sure I was comfortable when I was scared, and they were very gentle with me during my procedures. I haven’t been to very many dentists in my life, but Dr.Boppana is honestly one of the best dentists I’ve been to! She was so friendly, and her assistants Yesi and Alex are also both great people. I have been able to get AFFORDABLE work done in this office, thanks to the help of my insurance, by a doctor who actually cares for her patients. Thanks for being a great office!
So happy to find this Dr. She is very thoughtful, thurogh. Explained the procedure in layman's language for getting my crowns. She is gentle with giving injection. Made me feel more at ease.
The best experience I've had in a Dentist office in my 76 yrs of life. The staff is wonderful and I can't say enough about Dr. Boppana. What says it all is that I immediately recommended numerous friends who also thought 'WOW', best experience of my life!
I went to several Dentist over one of my caped teeth in the upper front that has always stood out and looked really bad. The Dentist’s before would not do anything, unless I replace all my teeth, that would have come with a very high price tag. But Dr. Boppana and her incredible team took the time to figure out how to fix it right, and now I can smile again without embarrassment. Thanks to Dr. Boppana and her great staff, she did a terrific job in replacing that cap and took care of all the other problem with a reasonable price that I could afford. I have definitely found my new dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Boppana and her team. They were very caring personable and professional, efficient and extremely attentive as well as did fantastic work!
Customer service and staff was cool. Nice and clean environment. Although the consolation was good, I just really wish the Doc didn't talk to me like I was a child..that was unprofessional. Overall not too bad.**UPDATE**Thanks Dr. B for the courtesy call and explaining your side. I really appreciate the honesty. Looking forward to coming here more often. Happy Holidays ❤️
I have had some pretty bad experiences with dental work in the past and these ladies were just above and beyond wonderful!! I have definitely found my new dentist! After decades of dental neglect my teeth required some serious repair. Dr. Boppana and her staff made me feel at ease from my first visit in July 2019. The good doctor keeps you informed about what needs to be done and what is being done even while you are in the chair. Perfect 32 Family Dentistry is truly PERFECT. Give them a call.

My name is Ashley Houk and I have never experienced the love these ladies had for me at my appointment today. I am 50 years old and in the past decided I am above dental care. Well..I am not. These ladies held my hand, watched TV with me, and made me feel like I was the only one there. This was an amazing appointment today!!! I just can't get over it!!! How can I thank you enough? The entire team at Perfect 32 was fantastic from start to finish. I took an elbow to my front teeth and ended up having to have some major work done, but they did an amazing job and I have absolutely no complaints! The entire staff is accommodating and friendly, and treat you like their own family. I’ve already recommended them to other friends, and I’ll be recommending them again! The photos don’t do the work they did justice, but do yourself a favor and check them out! If you want a dentist office that really takes pride in what they do, then go see Dr. Boppana and Jessie and let them get you taken care of!
I could cry. I hadn’t gone to the dentist for a cleaning in 10 years (yes I know terrible) and after reading the reviews for this office I was like, “okay they seem good I’ll go here.” That was probably the best decision I’ve made since marrying my husband four years ago. The entire staff was friendly and kind and professional but not in a cold way. They were so warm and gentle. I had a deep cleaning done and my dentist was so intuitive and explained to me what she was doing and how it was going to help me. My smile is amazing and my teeth look SO good. I’m honestly excited to go back for my cleaning in 6 months. Lol never thought I’d say that!

Absolutely excellent pediatric care! I took my three kids in last week, in the midst of COVID. They cleaned the entire office before we came and we were the only family there so we could relax about germs etc. Then they cleaned the whole place after we left.My 16 month old has grown up in the pandemic and doesn't see people other than our immediate family so she's very very shy around strangers. I expected this to be a problem with the dentist visit. But the staff was SO friendly, kind, and easy going, my kids felt the atmosphere and were totally calm, even my baby sat still for an exam!!! Literally miraculous. I was very impressed with their patient interaction manner.I liked that they got all the information they needed from me for my four year old's visit, but also tried to make her feel in charge of her own body and appointment.Definitely committing to this office for all our family's dental needs. Highly recommend.
I tried six different dentist offices and suffered for a month straight with intense pain of a wisdom tooth (the dumbest teeth in the skull). I Googled and found this place. I was apprehensive and jaded due to the recent disappointments of the other dentists.The appointments were all full, but they still found a way to squeeze me in and see me.Within MINUTES the tooth was extracted as an OUT OF POCKET expense for two times less than the price of the other places WITH INSURANCE.They earned me as a permanent customer/patient.They not only know what they’re doing, but they are experts at it!
I was very hesitant to get a root canal done before Christmas but they made the experience pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel like family. I highly recomend.

I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and personable atmosphere here at Perfect 32 Family Dentistry. Dr.Boppana is the top notch Dentist in and around Dallas/Garland area I have ever seen. I've had several cavities and the Doctor always put me at ease by taking a little extra time to ensure my comfort level. She has done fantastic job filling all my cavities(8) and removed my wisdom tooth without a bit of pain. Ever since my childhood, I used to hate to go for any Dental appointment as I always had bad experiences or some sort of inconvenience and pain. I feel if I had a dentist like Dr.Boppana I may not have had such a fear of dental work. For the very first time I lost my fear of visiting a Dentist and all that credit goes to Dr.Boppana. Dr.Sakunthala Boppana and her staff are very caring, patient, and professional. My son and I had a great experience at her dentistry. I was so excited to discover that her office is in the neighborhood and only minutes away from my home. A few months ago, my son had a situation with his tooth and needed some work done. Even during this quarantine time, Dr. Boppana did not hesitate to set my son an appointment once she was allowed to reopen. She took excellent care of him to the point where he felt no pain.This past month I had to make an appointment to see Dr. Boppana for a tooth filling, so like usual, I was very nervous since it had been a while that I had been to the dentist, and just the thought of going to the dentist makes me nervous. I love that Dr. Boppana took her time to explain things that were going on with my teeth and was genuinely honest about getting specific procedures done that would be financially costly and would not be a benefit due to my situation. In previous consultants with other dentistry, they were a little pushing, and we're always persuading getting certain things done. I felt like they were not looking out for my best interest.Just yesterday, my son had four wisdom teeth removed, and he reports that there was no discomfort or pain. Dr. Boppana and her staff were terrific. We are so happy we finally found a Dr that takes the time to explain things without rushing and provides excellent care.

I'm new to the area, and needed to find a new dentist, because I was having issues with my wisdom teeth. (don't judge...lol) She took her time with me made sure I was comfortable and pulled my tooth, with ease. I love this place. I went back 2 weeks later for a deep cleaning. I wish I had some before and after pictures, because my smile was 1000% different. I highly recommend going to this office love love love this place. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Words REALLY cant express how awesome this dentist and assistant is. Dr. B is so wonderful in all areas, informative, caring, patient, loving, friendly, honest, clean, and of course profesional. I have experienced 2 very popular dentists and they DO NOT even compare to this lady. I am 45 and was so embarrassed and disgusted with my teeth I was actually researching implants after consulting with Dr. B we saved my teeth and when I tell you the transformation is breathtaking. I LOVE DR.B, GOD BLESS HER AND HER STAFF! Don't worry go see her you wont regret it!!!!!
I love this place! The assistant and dentist are so friendly AND they remember their patients! I’ve gone twice, 1st time for cleaning and X-rays and the 2nd for an extraction. I called back a month later in extreme pain from another tooth and the dentist remembered me by name and the fact I am pregnant. Their specialist is super busy but the dentist said she’ll try to get me in THIS week! Best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’m switching my kids over to them if they accept their insurance.

My father is a dentist so I’d say I’m picky when it comes to choosing one for my family! Dr. Boppana is by far my favorite dentist I have taken my boys to! She took the time to explain exactly what was going to be done and is very conservative not doing unnecessary work! (Hard to find these days)
My experience with Perfect 32 Family Dentistry was amazing! Dr. Boppana helped me remain comfortable throughout the entire visit. I have never gone into an office and left feeling this way. I recommend this office to anyone. The assistant Adriana was so friendly and you could really tell she knew what to do and how to handle patients. The professionalism was very good. They were very thorough and spent a lot of time talking with me about how to best care for my teeth. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. I really like that they take Saturday appointments
I would say Dr. Boppana is one of the the best Dentists in the Dallas area. I have been suffering with a tooth ache for a long time and it reached a stage where it is unbearable. Dr. Boppana suggested me to get a root canal done thru an Orthodontic since it is the Molar tooth.After the root canal Dr. Boppana gave an excellent treatment with respect to fixing the temporary cap. She is a perfectionist and doesn't let you leave the clinic without you feeling comfortable after the procedure. She accommodates her schedule according to the needs of the patient.She was excellent while fixing the permanent cap as well. It has been over 2 weeks and i feel so happy to have chosen this doctor for my treatment.

I usually don’t write reviews but today was my first time in Perfect 32 Family Dentistry! I must say this I was really impressed! This place was so clean ,cozy and friendly environment! The staff are very nice and helpful and Dr. Boppana was just great! Everything was explained to me with endless details and set a plan for future dental procedures. Overall, very organized and very professional! Dr. Boppana took the time to explain everything before starting her procedures. I had a bad painful experience with my last dentist but today ... it was actually pain free ! If you’re reading reviews and looking for a good place .. trust me Perfect 32 is what you’re looking for ! Overall I am a happy patient !

I have horrible anxiety when I go to the dentist and I have been looking for a good dentist since mine retired 5 years ago without luck. I drove by and saw their office and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did they're absolutely amazing!!! Their office staff is very nice and Dr. Bopanna is simply extraordinary. She put me at ease with her soft spoken empathy and she and her staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I am so grateful I made my appointment and that I finally found a wonderful, caring dentist who actually listens and understands. I will refer everyone I know to this office. From the beginning of my visit they treated me kindly and quickly from taking xrays till the treatment. Dr. Boppana is a person who cares about the dental care of all her patients taking the time to explain each treatment procedure and without feeling any pain I definitely recommend this office.
I dont do dentist first off but the expirence there was like no other. They are so friendly and warm and its like no other office i would recommend this place to whom ever said anything concerning their mouth.
Very nice and caring staff. Gave a very thorough exam and took pictures of my problem teeth and blew them up on the tv monitor to show me exactly what the issues are. Explained everything to me step by step. The office was very comfortable and relaxing. Will be going back to get some more work done very soon.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Boppana's clinic for a routine checkup. Other than the x-rays, one of which she provided free because my insurance didn't cover it, she performed all the work herself. I was quite impressed by her thoroughness. She was friendly and genuine and I felt very comfortable. She showed me my teeth and explained very clearly what was needed and didn't try to scare me into agreeing to expensive procedures. I am definitely going back to see Dr. Boppana for further work.

I Really feel Happy to get such a good Doctor Boppana. She is the best Doctor. When i had intense teeth pain my husband just googled and find out this Place Perfect32.We booked the appointment and met Boppana for the first time. She is very patient, listening and examined throughly all my teeth and explained clearly what all has to been done and didn't hesitate to answer any of our queries.She was very kind and concerned. She makes sure not to hurt the teeth/gum/jaw when doing dental procedures. she does all the teeth works very well and lets us know the procedure and gives even break time between so that we don't feel the jaw pain as its open for long time.I had done 10 teeth cavity fillings by her in 2 sessions .She is very understanding and supportive and also thinks everything in patient's perspective and provides the best solution. She is very enthusiastic and smiling always. She also makes sure, then and there if am doing good.Best place to go for dental work is Perfect32. I liked the hospital ambience too, Very warm and they have nice refreshments too.Dental Assistant was also so Kind and supportive. Each time when she took the X-ray she was very patient and made sure it doesn't hurt. Even she did all the works in the teeth in that way none of the instruments hurt my teeth or gums. It was a great experience. I just moved to Garland from Iowa. I had not been to the dentist in over a year. Dr Boppana was very nice in explaining to me questions that I had about my smile before my cleaning.

I took my mom in for an emergency extraction for a broken tooth and they took her in right away. From my first call with Dinay to the dental assistant to the doctor, they all did a great job and made my moms visit the best experience she's ever had. I had an appointment at a new dentist office called Perfect 32. The experience was very different the staff was attentive and professional. They gave me lots of information as the doctor and staff attended to my needs. I found that in every phase of the procedure I was given information. This maybe a new office, but the personal touch made the difference for me. If you like to be informed about your dental procedure. I recommend to anyone give them a try . I know you will be satisfied with their service.
I came in with tooth pain and I hate going to the dentist but this place made me feel comfortable she promise no pain and there was none I love this place like I said above I hate going to the dentist but I need more work done but this place will get all my business so with that being said if u are afraid of pain like me this is the place to go
My husband of over 30 years has always dreaded going to the dentist even though he has had very few dental procedures performed over his lifetime. Last week he went to Perfect 32 for the first time to replace two old fillings that needed attention. He came home with extremely high compliments about his dental visit. He stated that the dentist was thorough, gentle, informative, and kept at the task until she was satisfied with her work. The office and equipment are all new and the dental costs were reasonable. He also said the supporting staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. He definitely intends to return to Perfect 32, and I have my first appointment scheduled for later today.

I randomly chosen this dentist location for my kids' dental needs, happened to be very happy with everything about the visit. Office is new, cozy, staff is kind and the dentist is very caring, understanding, and simple. She gave lot of time and care to my kids by explaining each of moment she was doing while she was cleaning and sealing and filling. I felt like I was working on my child's teeth. She has that motherly touch with her practice. I will definitely recommend friends to go to her. At the time of exit I found out she is not just pediatric dentist but also for adults. So after reading this review you should by now where will I be going for my dental cleaning.
I visited Perfect 32 today and had my teeth cleaned and some filling were done. My visit was a great joy for me and 100% satisfied for the services rendered to me. I highly recommend that people can get excellent service here and I appreciate and admire the courteous staff.
